Introduction

IFL Promoters Limited is a NBFC (Non-Banking Finance Company) Company registered under The Companies Act, 1956 originally incorporated on 02nd June 1992 in the name of �Indcap Financial Limited�.

As per the terms of Section-45 1A of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Act, 1934 company also registered itself as Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC) as defined in clause (a) of section 45 I of the RBI Act, 1934.

The Company is engaged in the business of loans and advances, acquisition of shares/stock/bonds/debentures/securities issue by Government or local authority or other securities like marketable nature, leasing, hire-purchase, insurance business but dose not include any institution whose principal business is that of agriculture activity, industrial activity, sale/purchase/construction of immovable property after obtaining certificate for commencement of business from Registrar of Companies on 09th December 1992. Initially company was promoted by Mr. K S Bhutoria but in 2007 change of management process took place and company take over by M/s Heena Developers Private Limited a Private Limited Company registered under The Companies Act, 1956 having its registered office at 9/9, South Patel Nagar, New Delhi-110008. Apart from finance activities company also started the infra related activities.
